Chewy Brown™

Traditionally called a campaillou, this is one of our most popular loaves and now very much part of Brighton’s food culture. Much imitated but never equalled, this bread is made from a secret combination of rye and malted wheat sourdough. It is one of the very best breads to toast, and really popular with children!
